SMS Messaging Program

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our forms, you expressly consent to receive recurring text messages from Brows by Katy at the number you provided. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message types include: appointment confirmations and reminders, booking follow-ups, aftercare instructions, touch-up reminders, customer-care replies, and occasional promotional offers or business updates.

Message frequency: Varies based on your activity and appointments — typically 2 to 6 messages per month.

Message & data rates: Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan. Brows by Katy is not responsible for any carrier charges you may incur. Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and US Cellular) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After you reply STOP, we will send a final confirmation that you have unsubscribed; you will not receive further messages unless you opt back in.
